Job Summary

Develop and retain a quality client base of local real estate professionals, lenders, and attorneys through the acquisition of new business and the maintenance of existing customers for assigned territory.

This is an in-person position that requires regular interaction with clients and industry partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify prospective customers through research and networking, and develop a defined sales plan to convert them into clients.
  • Maintain a CRM system to track customer interactions and progress.
  • Secure new orders from new customers, build relationships with new customers, and maintain and grow business with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop content for in-person and social media presence.
  • Create and deliver presentations to clients, prospects, and industry trade associations.
  • Represent Liberty Title by participating in community events and professional organizations related to the real estate and lending industries.
  • Interface daily with the escrow and sales support teams to ensure client needs are met.
  • Achieve personal sales targets and goals.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and provide a positive company image to the public.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Understand the market, including knowledge of the competitive landscape, and how customers and prospects operate within.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and social media platforms.
  • 2+ years sales experience (title insurance or related industry preferred).
  • Must obtain Resident Producer License within first 90 days of employment.
