Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure complete client satisfaction and loyalty
  • Engage with clients in a courteous and professional manner, creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat business.
  • Oversee business operations and maintain safety standards for vehicles.
  • Establish fair pricing and ensure clients understand the value of the services provided.
  • Manage profit and loss statements and annual financial plans.
  • Implement a systematic approach to hiring and training.
  • Conduct estimates for moving and junk removal services as required.
  • Oversee staff scheduling and resource allocation.
  • Enhance team members' understanding of the company mission and vision, measured by achieving team goals.
  • Supervise franchise operations to meet revenue and profitability objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with franchise partners to develop and implement new systems and processes.
  • Participate in moving and junk removal tasks while supervising team members, requiring physical strength and stamina.
  • Facilitate employee training in areas such as sales, logistics, operations, marketing, customer service, profitability, and safety.
  • Attend ongoing training and development sessions.
  • Generate and analyze operational reports to inform decision-making.
  • Execute monthly marketing strategies.
  • Drive daily management of moving and junk removal operations.
