Job Overview:


As a Regional Marketing Coordinator, you will collaborate strategically with our Area Leaders, Managers, and local Sport Clips locations to identify and implement local marketing initiatives and coordinate promotional efforts.

Your expertise will be instrumental in fostering the growth and success of each location.

Scope:
In this position, you will cultivate local partnerships, organize events, and disseminate marketing materials within your communities.

You will work alongside Area Leaders to develop tailored marketing strategies and train teams on local marketing techniques, which are essential for store expansion.

Additionally, you will oversee the online brand reputation of the stores by monitoring customer feedback and formulating strategies to address it.

This role encompasses various trade areas.


Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Promote the stores locally by distributing marketing materials, forming partnerships, and organizing events.

Enhance customer loyalty through targeted marketing initiatives.

Educate Sport Clips locations on local marketing strategies and provide necessary tools and resources.

Collaborate closely with stores seeking marketing support to devise strategies that boost customer numbers.

Create quarterly marketing plans for each location within your designated areas.

Maintain ongoing communication with Team Leaders regarding marketing requirements and brand adherence.

Facilitate quarterly marketing training sessions to instruct on local marketing and digital strategies.

Compile weekly reports on digital marketing and local store performance.

Support national campaigns with coordinated activities in stores and on social media platforms.

Key Criteria/Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent business experience

2+ years of experience in field marketing, trade shows, or event marketing

Excellent communication skills

Proficient in social media and current trends

Skilled in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)

Ability to work independently and make informed decisions

Understanding of sales and marketing functions

Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Willingness to travel extensively within trade areas (60-75%)

*This position is eligible for monthly bonuses.
