POSITION SUMMARY

We invite you to explore an exciting opportunity at PerfectVision as a Marketing Campaign Coordinator. This role is essential for managing various promotional incentive programs by collaborating with diverse clients to develop tailored print, radio, or television advertisements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee multiple advertising initiatives by gathering essential information, coordinating marketing campaigns, ensuring compliance with advertising regulations, and managing reimbursement submissions for clients.
  • Maintain proactive communication across various accounts to deliver effective and timely service.
  • Assist clients with promotional incentives and cooperative advertising programs by educating them on the necessary processes and procedures.
  • Develop advertising strategies, create personalized marketing materials, and track reimbursement claims.
  • Collaborate with clients to ensure all required documentation is submitted promptly to initiate advertising programs.
  • Conduct research on client accounts to verify cooperative funds availability and monitor the status of advertising claims.
  • Work alongside the sales team to optimize the use of cooperative advertising funds.
  • Edit pre-approved advertisements to align with specific marketing guidelines, including branding, promotions, and basic content adjustments.
  • Submit revised advertisements to external marketing agencies for prior approval before distribution to advertising vendors.
  • Engage with advertising agencies to gather critical details such as pricing, specifications, and deadlines.
  • Communicate advertisement specifics to clients and finalize customization requirements and costs.
  • Ensure proper application of cooperative funds or secure payment for advertisements before publication.
  • Monitor advertising performance and collect necessary proof of advertising for timely reimbursement to clients.
  • Support other areas within the marketing department, including graphic design, photography, production tasks, and web content management.
  • Foster positive working relationships with team members across the organization.
  • Perform various clerical tasks, including document scanning, correspondence management, and basic spreadsheet creation.
  • Regular attendance and punctuality are essential for this role.

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required. College coursework in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Business Administration is preferred.

Experience: 2-4 years of professional customer service or administrative experience in a fast-paced environment, with a preference for 1-2 years in marketing or advertising.

Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Basic internet navigation skills are also required.

Other Requirements: Strong mathematical skills and knowledge of measurements are essential. Proficiency in English is required; bilingual skills in Spanish, French, or German are advantageous.
