About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Director to join our team at Retirement Plan Consultants LLC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the retirement plan market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with existing clients, and develop strategic plans to drive sales growth.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and services, and effectively communicate the value proposition to clients and prospects.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and analytics to management, highlighting key trends and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of sales experience in the retirement plan industry, with a proven track record of sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders. Proficient in sales software and CRM systems.
  • Certifications: Series 65 certification or equivalent.
