Relief Sales Manager for Greater Norfolk

The Relief Sales Manager plays a crucial role in enhancing sales through effective up-selling and inventory management, with a strong emphasis on execution and product presentation. This position is accountable for maintaining and expanding relationships with large format clients within designated regions, as well as managing on-premise accounts. You will support renowned Keurig Dr Pepper brands such as 7UP, Snapple, Core, Bai, and other popular beverages in retail locations across the assigned territory.

Work Schedule

  • Full-time commitment
  • Starting at 7:00 am until tasks are completed
  • 5 scheduled shifts each week
  • Weekend work is necessary (days off are during the week)
  • Willingness to work overtime when required

Program Overview

  • Structured rotational program aimed at developing skills for the Account Manager position at KDP.
  • 6-week training program focusing on 4 distinct sales rotations.
  • Post-training, you will serve as a Relief Account Manager.

Position Duties

  • Promote Keurig Dr Pepper brands to drive growth, increase market share, and achieve specific sales targets while ensuring a seamless customer experience in the absence of an Account Manager.
  • Engage with key contacts in assigned accounts to pre-sell products, promotions, displays, and service needs.
  • Design and execute beverage shelf re-allocations to optimize sales of Keurig Dr Pepper products.
  • Participate in the setup of revamped beverage sections, displays, and placement of promotional materials according to company standards.
  • Stock and arrange Keurig Dr Pepper products in designated beverage sections, including racks and secondary displays.
  • Assist in the sale, placement, and adjustment of vendors in chain store accounts; regularly check for proper operation, cleanliness, selection, and product availability.
  • Maintain precise sales records for all assigned accounts, including special reports on promotional activities, competitive sales, and space allocations.
  • Ensure sufficient back stock in each account to guarantee product availability for in-store stocking and merchandising.
