Job OverviewPosition Summary:

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Account Executive specializing in the automotive industry. The Sales Account Executive will be essential in overseeing and nurturing client accounts, ensuring their satisfaction, generating potential leads, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position offers flexibility for remote work.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and nurture client accounts, ensuring optimal satisfaction levels.
  • Identify and generate new business leads.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service and support.
  • Establish and maintain robust interpersonal relationships with clients.
  • Communicate effectively and negotiate with clients to fulfill their requirements.
  • Work autonomously as well as collaboratively within the team.
  • Utilize CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite for effective account management.
Required Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer satisfaction, account oversight, and service delivery.
  • Strong background in lead generation and effective communication.
  • Exceptional skills in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in sales or account management, particularly in the plating, coating, or surface finishing sectors, is advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred.
