The Program Coordination Specialist will manage, arrange, facilitate, and execute the activities and support functions of the Provider Services and Quality Initiatives programs. This role operates under the guidance of the Program Manager.

Position Responsibilities
  • Monitors mentor assignments and ensures timely documentation is collected and submitted
  • Maintains a schedule of Assessor availability and coordinates site evaluations
  • Updates state databases with certification information
  • Oversees assignments for early learning initiatives
  • Conducts periodic assessments for certified programs
  • Represents CCG at community gatherings
Qualifications and Experience
  • High School diploma required; Associate's Degree in Business or Project Management preferred
  • Two years of office experience, project coordination, or program support
  • Proficient in MS Office suite for communication, report generation, and organizational tasks
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Capacity to work collaboratively and demonstrate initiative
  • Professional phone etiquette and demeanor
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • Background check compliance required
Travel and Compliance Requirements
  • Must possess a valid driver's license
  • Driving record must comply with automobile insurance standards
  • Must have liability insurance and reliable transportation
  • Willingness to travel locally or out of town as necessary
