Job Summary:
The Athletic Program Coordinator plays a crucial role in enhancing the i9 Sports experience for both players and coaches. This position requires building strong relationships with players, parents, and coaches while ensuring that the instructional components of the i9 Sports experience are effectively delivered. Observing, evaluating, and supporting our coaches is essential. The role involves active participation in practices and games across various age groups and skill levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Empower volunteer coaches to conduct practice sessions with a focus on fundamental skills, development, and enjoyment
  • Instruct and exemplify core values, including sportsmanship
  • Oversee the overall management of designated sports activities on game days
  • Consistently exhibit a positive demeanor and exceptional customer service skills
Qualifications:
  • Strong communication abilities
  • Experience and knowledge in coaching specific sports such as flag football, soccer, and baseball
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while solving problems
  • Ability to assess and manage situations to ensure player safety
  • Positive outlook and a strong capacity to foster professional relationships
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and some evenings throughout the season
Each franchised location operates independently and is solely responsible for local hiring decisions, compensation, benefits, and other employment terms.
