Salesforce Nonprofit Transformation Leader

We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce leader to join our team at The Build Tank. As a key member of our organization, you'll play a crucial role in helping nonprofit organizations overcome technology dysfunction and develop excellence in building and stewarding platform technology.
Our model flips the traditional approach to technology on its head. We build and incubate teams of technology 'allies' who actively partner with colleagues to strategically understand their work and challenges, setting the technology up to solve problems while empowering staff to use it effectively.
In this role, you'll work closely with our team to develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps that align technology platforms with organizational missions. You'll also guide clients through the implementation of recommendations, ensuring a smooth transformation and maintaining clear communication throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with our team to develop and refine our model and processes
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in nonprofit technology management or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in change management and technology transformation
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com and other digital platforms commonly used in the nonprofit sector
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience managing complex projects and juggling multiple priorities
Location: Remote (Pacific time zone working hours preferred)
Compensation: $110-130K DOE, with benefits offered
