Salesforce Account Executive

About the Role
We are seeking an exceptional sales professional to focus on our Slack business for Mid Market and Small Business nonprofit customers and opportunities.
As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for owning the full sales cycle from lead to close, including negotiating and deal making.
You will work closely with your Salesforce peers to plan and execute on co-selling objectives and goals.
Establish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makers, and help educate customers on the value of Slack throughout the sales cycle.
Collaborate and work with different members of the team, including Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Leadership.
Identify adoption and utilization trends, and help customers orchestrate growth plans.
Requirements
- 6+ years of Account Executive experience
- Relevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organization
- Experience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts with nonprofit organizations
- Ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
- Experience managing extended teams of resources during sales cycle
- Ability to be flexible and adaptive
- Bachelor's degree required
- Some travel required
