Job Description:

We're seeking a Prime Account Executive to join our social impact team. As a key member of our organization, you'll be responsible for selling Tableau Analytics into nonprofit organizations with employees.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a territory of nonprofit accounts, focusing on hunting new business and expanding existing relationships.
  2. Manage strategic and transactional business, partnering with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise.
  3. Generate consistent pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  4. Sell on value and return on investment, rather than technical functionality.
  5. Build credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions.
  6. Uncover business initiatives and struggles to map back our solutions across multiple lines of business.
  7. Create demand by uncovering business problems and matching them to our solution.
  8. Have a deep understanding of the way businesses operate and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Average of 5-7 years full cycle sales experience.
  • Experience selling to the C-suite, technical team, and business leaders.
  • Ability to build business point of value and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers.
  • Experience selling to or working with nonprofit organizations.

Compensation:

For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $83,950 to $112,300. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $83,950 to $112,300. Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, and benefits.
