Salesforce Transformation Leader

We're seeking a seasoned Salesforce leader to join our team at The Build Tank. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in helping nonprofit organizations transform their technology landscape and achieve their mission.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking organization that is changing the game for nonprofit technology. As a Salesforce Transformation Leader, you will work closely with our CEO/Co-Founder to learn our model of transformation and lead discovery and intake sessions with nonprofit stakeholders. You will analyze team feedback, craft strategic recommendations, and collaborate with colleagues to develop roadmaps that align technology platforms with organizational missions.
Responsibilities
- Studying and learning our model and processes to provide expert guidance to nonprofit clients.
- Creating project and engagement plans, and taking leadership to own, iterate, and ensure execution on them.
- Coordinating with various external and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless and professional communication and follow-up.
- Tracking projects, tasks, and next steps across multiple clients.
- Conducting intake calls with nonprofit stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and goals.
- Analyzing call recordings, surveys, and other sources to extract, summarize, and compile insights and help establish the case for change.
- Collaborating with colleagues to develop strategic recommendations and roadmaps that align technology platforms with organizational missions.
- Tracking and helping articulate the value of the work accomplished as part of the continuing case for change.
- Maintaining clear and consistent communication with clients, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the process.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in nonprofit technology management or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in change management, with a proven track record of guiding organizations through successful technology transformations.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and other digital platforms commonly used in the nonprofit sector.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience managing complex projects, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
