Client Services/Hospitality Representative - Florida Office
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage the reception area, including answering calls and greeting visitors
* Reserve and set up conference rooms for meetings
* Maintain kitchen pantry supplies and order catered food services
* Process incoming and outgoing mail/packages via USPS/FEDEX
* Monitor inventory of office supplies and submit building maintenance requests
* Assist attorneys with trial binder preparation and perform light filing
**Requirements:**
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
* Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to multitask
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Professional demeanor and proactive approach to tasks
**Work Schedule:**
* Full-time, Monday through Friday from 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
