Job Summary

We are seeking a part-time on-site Office Manager to provide administrative support and management for our offices in Hartford, CT and New York City.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate arrangements with vendors and building management in two offices
  • Welcome visitors and utilize strong professional communication skills for call management and office correspondence
  • Maintain clean, safe office spaces and ensure supply and equipment inventory is well maintained
  • Support project team members and senior executives with arranging meeting and travel logistics, as well as organizing and managing meeting materials and equipment for both offsite and onsite events
Requirements
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in office administration, experience in the A/E/C industry a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to regularly travel between Hartford, CT and New York City
