Job Title: Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to provide administrative support and management for our offices in Hartford, CT and New York City.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate arrangements with vendors and building management in two offices
  • Welcome visitors and provide exceptional customer service
  • Utilize strong professional communication skills for call management and office correspondence
  • Maintain clean, safe office spaces and ensure inventory is well-maintained
  • Support project team members and senior executives with meeting and travel logistics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in office administration, with experience in the A/E/C industry a plus
  • Proficiency with MS Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to regularly travel between Hartford, CT and New York City
