Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our Medical Education team at Connecticut Children's. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our medical education team, ensuring the smooth operation of our programs and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the medical education team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Communication: Serve as a liaison between the medical education team and other departments, ensuring effective communication and coordination of activities.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information, medical education schedules, and other relevant data.
  • Special Projects: Assist with special projects, such as preparing reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of progressively increasing experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a medical or educational setting.
  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with database management and data analysis a plus.
