We are in search of a highly capable and driven Service Catalog Manager to become part of our Network Operations Security Center (NOSC). This role necessitates a thorough understanding of the IT systems and support encompassed under this contract. You will assist in formulating the service labor mix and costs, ensuring that only authorized personnel have access to these costs, while establishing a process and methodology for service requests to be included in Task Orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with customers to clearly define requirements, meticulously documenting them for use in developing project plans and schedules.
  • Establish and maintain the contract service catalog, overseeing pricing, management, and control.
  • Conduct regular reviews and updates to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the catalog.
  • Develop and implement efficient catalog management processes and procedures.
  • Propose additions, modifications, and updates to service catalog offerings based on frequently requested customer support.
  • Work closely with customers and relevant functional area leads to customize services that meet customer requests and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and validate catalog data, ensuring alignment with customer needs and contract scope.
  • Analyze catalog data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for enhancement.
  • Support customer requests through Task Order Award.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Certification in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) v4.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • A minimum of nine years of relevant experience.
  • At least two years of experience in supporting geographically dispersed enterprise operations teams.
  • Experience as a Cybersecurity Service Provider.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Project, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).
  • Experience with the Department of Defense (DoD).
  • Familiarity with ServiceNow.
  • Experience in Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with Jira.

Clearance Requirements:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must possess a Secret clearance.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods.
  • Occasional movement within the office to access file cabinets and office machinery.
  • Frequent operation of a computer and other office productivity machinery.
  • Regular communication with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
