Work Schedule:
This position requires availability Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with on-call responsibilities for after-hours support.
Compensation:
The salary for this role is competitive and will be determined based on the candidate's experience and qualifications, with an estimated range of $75,000 to $80,000 annually.
Security Clearance:
Please note that this position necessitates a Top-Secret-SCI CI with Polygraph clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular facility inspections and manage the overall appearance of common areas.
- Oversee vendor management and escorting duties.
- Handle building access management, including badge activation and deactivation.
- Manage parking garage transponders and maintain the Space & Occupancy List.
- Oversee office supply management, including ordering and restocking.
- Monitor HVAC systems and assist with energy management.
- Coordinate mail and package distribution, including FedEx shipments.
- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks, including drywall, painting, and light plumbing.
- Manage conference room setups and ensure cleanliness.
- Provide general handyman services as needed.
- Maintain records for office keys and furniture distribution.
- Coordinate with property management for building-related issues and ensure quality assurance of vendor work.
- Follow proper work order procedures and confirm timely execution of requests.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is preferred.
- Must be a U.S. citizen.
- TS-SCI CI W/Polygraph clearance is mandatory.
- Customer service experience is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Competency in multitasking and willingness to cross-train.
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
