Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team at ManTech International. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our knowledge management system, ensuring the efficient and secure organization, storage, retrieval, and disposal of documents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Management System Administration: Oversee the program's knowledge management system, ensuring its proper functioning, security, and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Document Management: Develop and implement knowledge management strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the efficient and secure organization, storage, retrieval, and disposal of documents.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify KM needs and requirements and provide guidance and support in implementing appropriate solutions. Train and educate employees on KM best practices, procedures, and tools.
  • Document Classification and Indexing: Establish and maintain document classification and indexing systems to facilitate easy access and retrieval of documents.
  • Document Retention and Compliance: Monitor and enforce document retention schedules and policies to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Knowledge Management System Audits: Conduct regular audits of the KM system to identify and address any issues or gaps.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to end-users of the KM system.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in business, data analytics/science, data management, computer science, data information warehousing/mining or related field of study.
  • Experience: A minimum of (8) eight years of experience in project management, data analytics, and financial modeling.
  • Skills: Proficient working in a Microsoft Windows environment and using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent oral, written communication and presentation skills.
  • Clearance: Must be a U.S. citizen and hold a Secret clearance. Must be able to obtain and maintain DHS EOD suitability and a Top-Secret clearance.
