Sponsorship and Business Growth Leader

Hennepin Arts is seeking a Sponsorship and Business Growth Leader to develop and grow corporate sponsorships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development and be able to create compelling sponsorship proposals.
Estimated Salary: $95,000 - $120,000 per year.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement a sponsorship plan to drive revenue growth and meet organizational goals.
- Create compelling sponsorship proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to senior executives.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and corporate decision-makers.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate sponsorships, business development, or fundraising.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and closing corporate sponsorships or partnership agreements.
