We are seeking a results-driven Financial Industry Specialist to join our team as an Internal Wholesaler at Simplicity Group Holdings. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional sales support to advisors, developing strategic sales initiatives, and driving business growth through innovative approaches.
Key Responsibilities· Provide expert sales support to advisors, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
· Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new advisors and grow existing relationships
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and develop targeted solutions
· Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and optimize sales performance
· 1-3 years of experience in sales or a related field, preferably in the financial services industry
· Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its trends
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
· Competitive base salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year
· Bonus structure tied to sales performance
