Job Description

We are looking for a Business Growth Strategist to join our team at TIMAB USA INC. This role will play a pivotal part in driving business expansion in key sectors such as specialty chemicals, food & pharma, and catalysts.

Responsibilities:
  1. Identify and develop business opportunities in target markets.
  2. Foster strategic partnerships with key clients to drive revenue growth.
  3. Monitor market trends, competition, and regulatory changes to stay ahead of the curve.
  4. Nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.
  5. Negotiate contracts that align with company objectives and maximize profitability.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Chemistry, Engineering, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of sales experience in chemicals or a technical field.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% for business purposes.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year.
