Business Development Professional

CROSSLINK Professional Tax Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with the Account Executive team to support the growth of our direct customer base.
The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will build long-term relationships with our customers, identify opportunities for business growth, and provide exceptional customer service.
This position is based in Orlando, Florida, and offers a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. If you are a motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about customer service and business development, we encourage you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Identify prospective sales channels and analyze client needs to market appropriate products
- Negotiate contracts for the sale of products, including determining pricing and contract terms
- Manage ongoing client relationships by directing training resources and analyzing opportunities for additional revenue potential
- Support staff in tasks necessary to finalize sales and onboard new clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- Demonstrated ability to analyze market opportunities, identify clients, and apply solution-based selling strategies
- Proficient in developing and delivering effective presentations
- Excellent client account management skills
