Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at AITHERAS LLC. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and updates to our public-facing website.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to both new and current users of internal database systems.
  • Conduct testing and updates following database upgrades or fixes.
  • Support office staff with technical issues, including routine maintenance and troubleshooting of technical equipment.
  • Uphold cybersecurity, data protection, and privacy principles.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with Drupal, TEAMS, SharePoint (administrative role preferred).
  • 2+ years of direct end-user support experience.
  • 1+ year of computer applications teaching/training experience.
  • Familiarity with network, telecommunications, and operating systems of supported applications.
  • Expertise in government word processing, spreadsheet, and email systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver high-quality work.
  • U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Government or litigation support environment experience.
  • Undergraduate degree.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Familiarity with DOJ office automation environments and government IT.
  • Experience with payroll and financial management systems.
  • Automated litigation support experience.
  • Current or active clearance.
