Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to provide IT support for the Army MI Enterprise. This role involves resolving hardware, software, and application issues, managing incident tickets, and maintaining system performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide Tier I/II contact and incident resolution for customers.
- Install system-wide software and assist with system performance.
- Create and manage user accounts and provide remote troubleshooting support.
- Participate in organizational change management processes.
Requirements:
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance.
- High School diploma or equivalent with 5+ years of related technical support experience.
- Working knowledge of computers, printers, laptops, and common Windows applications.
- Currently possess DoD IAT at Level II certification.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Windows 11 or higher level Microsoft certification.
- Experience in supporting multiple Operating Systems and environments.
