Technical Support Specialist

At AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients, ensuring their IT systems are running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for desktop, laptop, and mobile devices, including Windows and Apple operating systems.
- Install and configure computer devices, including hardware and software.
- Accurately track all service requests, incidents, and change requests in our ITSM platform.
- Provide desktop support both remotely and on-site using designated tools for technical support.
- Work closely with engineers and developers to troubleshoot issues that impact desktop, network, and application layers operations.
- Provide a high level of customer service to end-users on a daily basis.
Requirements:
- 6 years of experience in technical support, with a focus on desktop and laptop support.
- CompTIA A+ or equivalent certification.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
