Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at Veterans United Home Loans. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our borrowers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to borrowers via phone, email, and social media
  • Address general inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Act as the first point of contact for borrowers needing assistance
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Customer Service Representative
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Proficient in basic computer technologies and strong typing skills
  • Experience navigating CRM, Encompass, Outlook, and MyVU
