Job Summary:

At AHU Technologies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to computer system users on a variety of issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to computer system users on a variety of issues.
  • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems.
  • Respond to requests for technical support via telephone, email, and in-person.
  • Document, track, and monitor problems to ensure timely resolution.
  • Provide service and preventive maintenance activities on terminals, printers, and personal computers.
  • Diagnose and repair products by replacing worn or broken parts and making technical adjustments.
  • Implement shared software, such as operating systems, configuration management tools, and testing tools.
  • Communicate accurate and useful status updates.
  • Manage and report time spent on all work activities.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of basic mathematics and electrical/mechanical principles.
  • Ability to read and comprehend technical service manuals and publications.
