Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at FLASH Technology Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in troubleshooting and supporting complex hardware and software systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with hardware devices, including workstations, monitors, printers, peripherals, servers, network equipment, and cables
* Provide technical support for the installation and configuration of hardware devices CONUS and OCONUS
* Develop and implement processes to manage break/fix stock levels and ensure each location has sufficient break/fix supplies based on Government needs
* Collaborate with the CIO governance team to identify and implement technical solutions to meet business needs

Requirements:

* 7+ years of relevant experience in technical support or a related field
* 8570 IAT level II certification
* One of the following certifications: A+ CE, HDI-CSR, HDI-SCD, HDI-SCA, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Office 365
* High School Diploma/GED or equivalent, with relevant experience
* Associates Degree or higher, with relevant experience
* CCC Academy graduate
