Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Office Assistant to join our team at Cell Tech Inc.

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience in bookkeeping, and familiarity with QuickBooks. Knowledge of HR laws and regulations will be considered a valuable asset.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other inquiries
  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
  • Maintain contact lists and office records
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Develop and maintain a filing system
  • Bookkeeping tasks including managing accounts payable and receivable
  • Use QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
  • Support HR processes by maintaining employee records and assisting with HR compliance
  • Other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
  • Hands-on experience with QuickBooks
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Familiarity with HR laws and regulations is an asset
