Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Manager to join our team at the Inn at Bellefield. As a key member of our hotel staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing the front desk operations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk team, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Guest Services: Provide personalized service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reservations and Room Assignments: Manage room assignments, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of guest reservations.
  • Communication and Teamwork: Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest service and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to front desk staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of front office management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Education: High school graduate or equivalent, some college preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in hotel software systems.
  • Language: Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
