As a Beverage Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing staff and managing daily operations during your assigned shifts. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising team members and ensuring operational objectives are met.
  • Coordinating schedules and addressing any guest satisfaction concerns with the management team.
  • Assisting in the development of product offerings and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Upholding beverage department policies to manage costs while ensuring high-quality service and presentation.
  • Collaborating with other departments to streamline operations and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Providing support for special events as needed during your shifts.
  • Monitoring inventory levels of all beverage products.
  • Contributing to the budget process by offering insights and ensuring compliance with budgetary goals.
  • Promoting exceptional customer service standards and addressing any service-related issues promptly.
  • Assisting management with administrative tasks as required.
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and reporting any potential issues.
  • Maintaining confidentiality regarding all departmental and company matters.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • An associate degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in the beverage industry, with a minimum of two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends, as needed.
  • The ability to prepare reports and business correspondence effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and financial information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with guests and resolve conflicts diplomatically.
