Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cage Supervisor to join our team at Bally's Corporation. As a Cage Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cage, ensuring compliance with gaming regulations, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Oversight: Supervise and coordinate the activities of the cage team, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure that all cage activities are in compliance with gaming regulations and company policies, identifying and mitigating any potential risks.
  • Team Development and Coaching: Provide guidance, training, and coaching to cage team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including management, security, and other departments, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or concerns that may arise, ensuring that the cage operates smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: CO Support License required.
