  • Grounds Maintenance: Assist in managing the grounds crew and maintaining property grounds as required.
  • Daily Inspections: Conduct daily inspections to ensure the property is clean, attractive, and fully functional, implementing immediate remediation of problems and reporting issues to management.
Requirements
  • Education: Associate degree (A.A. in a related field) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience: One to two years of related experience and/or training, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, fluency in English, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
  • Knowledge: Working knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Carpentry trades, with a trade license preferred.
  • Abilities: Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and a high level of energy, with a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
