Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise beverage service areas to ensure adherence to quality standards, health regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Oversee the administrative functions of supervisory staff, ensuring compliance with established policies.
  • Establish and uphold guest service benchmarks, addressing any shortcomings promptly.
  • Facilitate effective communication among guests, team members, and management while managing multiple responsibilities and resource allocation.
  • Drive the Beverage department towards increased revenue, enhanced profitability, and superior guest satisfaction while ensuring compliance with safety and health standards.

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 21 years of age and eligible for a Colorado Gaming License.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform various physical tasks, including climbing, bending, and prolonged standing.
  • Experience with cash handling and operating cash registers, POS systems, and inventory management tools.
  • Proficient in multitasking and demonstrating manual dexterity with job-related equipment in a fast-paced environment.
  • Expected to implement company policies, interpret financial reports, meet budgetary goals, and maintain high standards of guest service.
