Job Overview
The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is a pivotal role designed to spearhead and implement the strategic growth initiatives for a healthcare services organization.

This position entails the establishment and management of a dedicated business development team aimed at fostering annual growth through enhanced sales and the acquisition of new business opportunities.

The Senior Vice President will also play a crucial role as a member of the executive leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the business development team to achieve annual growth targets through increased sales and new client acquisition.
- Act as a vital member of the executive leadership team.
- Oversee the formulation and execution of the organization's sales and growth strategy.

- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with partners and other stakeholders essential to the company's expansion, particularly within the payor, system, and provider sectors.

- Monitor and enhance key relationships over time to unlock partnership opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective policies, procedures, and systems to support strategic growth.

- Build strong relationships with executive leadership, leveraging insights into healthcare industry trends, management strategies, revenue cycle dynamics, and a comprehensive understanding of the company's business, strategy, and performance.

- Enhance organizational capability by creating committed, skilled, and agile sales and marketing teams, providing coaching and mentorship to existing staff, and recruiting additional talent as necessary.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of senior executive leadership experience in a diverse healthcare services environment.
- A Master's degree is required, alongside a Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- A proven track record in business development.
- In-depth knowledge of integrated healthcare management strategies and delivery models, with experience in developing growth-oriented strategies.
- Previous experience in building high-performing sales and marketing teams focused on accountability and collaboration.
