Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Vice President, Accounting & Finance to lead financial management strategy, budgeting initiatives, and process improvement efforts. As a key member of the senior management team, you will drive financial performance and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategically partner with the Business Unit leadership team to drive financial performance and support strategic goals.
  • Identify and evaluate opportunities for profitability improvement through financial analysis and reporting.
  • Lead budgeting and forecasting initiatives to ensure accurate financial planning and decision-making.
  • Create and enforce Finance & Accounting policies to ensure compliance and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT for system enhancements to improve financial management processes.
  • Manage Financial Risk Management activities to mitigate potential risks and ensure financial stability.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Finance or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Experience in ERP environments.
  • Demonstrated ability in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Knowledge of GAAP and industry-specific standards.
  • Results-driven with strong leadership and communication skills.

Working Conditions

This role is based in a dynamic and supportive work environment, with remote work flexibility. Travel may be required.
