**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Partnerships Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Strategic Partnerships department, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing partnerships that enhance the value of our claims administration system for our customers.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage a portfolio of existing PCMI ecosystem partners, capturing and maintaining basic partner information and making it accessible to PCMI team members.
- Monitor adoption levels within the PCMI customer base and produce monthly metric reports on each of our integration partners, tracking success from both a partner and client perspective.
- Help grow PCMI business through strategic partnerships, partnering with sales to identify and present new partner opportunities to customers.
- Identify and conduct research on new potential partners, assist in the creation, distribution, and evaluation of RFPs, and assist in the drafting and reviewing of partner agreements.
- Develop partner certification and technical onboarding processes, establishing PCMI adoption goals for partners and developing a step-by-step onboarding process for partners resulting in a confirmed certification and go-to-market plan.
- Be the partner SME for customer implementations, participating in projects to deliver tasks related to partner integrations and being an escalation point for partner-related issues that arise during an implementation.
- Sustain partner operations and track success, managing senior-level relationships with integration partners and being an escalation point for services and support teams for customer issue escalation and resolution.
**Requirements**
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
- Relevant industry experience strongly preferred (automotive/insurance/claims).
- Business/data analyst experience, proficiency with querying databases to generate reports, and experience with analytic tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
- Strong technical background required (e.g., understanding of APIs, SSO, and sFTP).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, knowledge of Jira and Confluence, and project management background, preferred.

There will be minimal travel to the Park Ridge, IL office and client meetings, up to 10-20%. Although the role can be remote, PCMI LLC can only hire employees in the following states: CT, FL, IL, MO, NH, NC, OH, PA, TX.
