Position Overview
The Senior Vice President of Strategic Partnerships is a pivotal role designed to spearhead and implement the strategic growth initiatives for a healthcare services organization. This leader will be tasked with building and overseeing a dynamic business development team, driving annual revenue growth through enhanced sales efforts and the cultivation of new business opportunities. Additionally, this role will be integral to the executive leadership team of the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the business development team to achieve significant annual growth through improved sales and new business opportunities.
- Act as a vital member of the executive leadership team, contributing to high-level strategic discussions.
- Direct the formulation and execution of the organization's sales and growth strategies.
- Forge and nurture strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders critical to the organization’s expansion, particularly within the payor, system, and provider sectors.
- Monitor and enhance key partnerships over time to explore collaborative opportunities.
- Create and implement effective policies, procedures, and systems to facilitate strategic growth.
- Establish strong relationships with executive leadership, leveraging insights into healthcare industry trends, management strategies, and the healthcare revenue cycle landscape, while aligning with the organization's goals and performance metrics.
- Enhance organizational capabilities by cultivating committed, skilled, and adaptable sales and marketing teams, providing coaching and mentorship, and recruiting additional talent as necessary.

Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of senior executive leadership experience in a multifaceted healthcare services environment.
- A Master’s degree is required, along with a Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field.
- A proven track record in business development.
- Extensive knowledge of integrated healthcare management strategies and delivery models, with experience in formulating strategies to drive growth initiatives.
- Previous experience in building high-performing sales and marketing teams with an emphasis on accountability and collaboration.
