Job SummaryWe are seeking a visionary and collaborative leader to serve as the President of St. Catherine of Siena/St. Lucy School. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the business operations of the school, managing fundraising activities, and building powerful relationships with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategic plan to drive the school's upward trajectory and achieve financial self-sufficiency.
- Manage all fundraising activities, including annual giving campaigns, special events, and major gift solicitations, to acquire necessary funding and resources.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for strategic initiatives that align with the school's mission and goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, volunteers, administration, faculty, staff, students, families, and external partners.
- Collaborate with the senior leadership team to update the strategic plan and monitor all initiatives related to it.
- Represent the school externally to current and prospective funders, key partners, Archdiocesan, religious representatives, civic leaders, community members, and others in support of partnerships that will advance the mission of St. Catherine of Siena/St. Lucy School.
- Bachelor's degree or better.
- Master's degree or better preferred.
- Visionary, collaborative leader with managerial experience.
- Respected colleague with humble, ethical, emotionally intelligent, and good sense of humor.
