Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our business office, scheduling, and new business development teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform administrative tasks, including typing, transcription, and filing.
  • Assist with client referrals and new business intake.
  • Provide reception and telephone duties, including answering calls and directing visitors.
  • Enter data into Atria systems and maintain Excel tracking documents.
  • Assist with scheduling and on-call staffing coordination.
  • Communicate updates to the Director of Staffing Coordination.
  • Perform other clerical duties as needed.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or related field.
  • Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to write simple correspondence and effectively present information to customers, clients, and other employees.
