About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Agency Business Director and other team members, including typing, transcription, and data entry tasks.
  • Client Referral and In-Take: Assist with client referrals, new business development, and in-take processes, including collecting client information and logging new business requests.
  • Filing and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files, using alphabetical and numerical systems, and assist with reporting and data analysis.
  • Reception and Telephone Duties: Answer and direct incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide general information about the Agency.
  • Computer Entries and Data Management: Enter data into Atria systems, maintain Excel tracking documents, and assist with data analysis and reporting.
  • Scheduling and On-Call Coordination: Assist with scheduling and on-call coordination, including taking phone calls and advising staff and clients on staffing placement.
  • Employee Time Tracking and New Hire File Creation: Assist with employee time tracking and new hire file creation, including maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • General Office Duties: Perform other general office duties, including answering phones, taking messages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required.
  • Experience: Work experience as an Administrative Assistant or related field, with experience in community health preferred.
  • Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; ability to write simple correspondence; ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to add and subtract two-digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's; ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
