Asso is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Admin to support the People Operations and Culture Division. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the HR team, ensuring the smooth operation of HR functions and duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain HR documents, reports, and records
  • Liaise with external partners, including training vendors, to coordinate training and development initiatives
  • Conduct travel arrangements and process expense forms
  • Participate in special and ongoing HR projects as requested
  • Assist with benefits administration duties and support the HR team with additional HR administration requirements
  • Process departmental orders through ERP and assist with internal and external training and developmental initiatives
Requirements:
  • Advanced training in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Clear and effective oral and written communication skills in English
  • Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office, with excellent Excel skills
  • Knowledge of ERP (preferably SAP) and HRMS systems
  • Additional working knowledge of foreign languages is an asset
  • Up to 2 years of related experience in a Human Resources Department position
