Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources Specialist to support our growth in the automotive industry. This role offers a temp-to-perm opportunity with a competitive pay rate during the temporary phase, transitioning to a salary upon permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a liaison with various departments, including benefits, leave management, payroll, recruiting, onboarding, and learning and development.
  • Focus on employee relations, compliance, onboarding, and regional HR projects.
  • Handle employee investigations and foster positive employee relations within retail and warehouse environments.
  • Collaborate closely with general managers, warehouse managers, retail managers, and drivers.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years as an HR Generalist.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work effectively in blue-collar settings, fostering a friendly and approachable atmosphere.
  • Technical Proficiency: Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple HR platforms and support HR operations across various locations.
  • Travel Requirements: Reliable transportation and willingness to travel for on-site visits as needed.
