Job Title: Clinical Sales Specialist - Digital Spine

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Sales Specialist - Digital Spine to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a subject matter expert in spine-based enabling technologies, you will play a critical role in executing commercial launch plans and driving adoption of our digital solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead prospecting, awareness campaigns, clinical demos, and clinical advocacy efforts to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with Capital Equipment Selling Managers to grow area pipeline, monitor placement utilization, and meet enabling technologies forecast goals.
  • Develop and execute site installation and initial case support plans with our sales consultant team.
  • Partner with Commercial Education, Professional Education, and Area Sales Leadership to deliver timely and impactful field education programs.
  • Support area efforts to drive associated spinal implants for full platform adoption.
  • Lead targeted regional-based tissue labs, product demonstrations, industry meeting interactions, and associated surgeon engagements.
  • Deliver hospital-based onboarding programs for surgical teams.
  • Support field sales organization in execution of our service and repair protocol.
  • Influence area budgets and ensure strategic results-driven use of funding.
  • Identify area needs, risks, and strategies that lead to successful customer experience and ultimate proliferation of the platform.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Life Sciences, Business, Engineering, or related fields required.
  • 5 years of Spine Sales experience required.
  • 5 years of medical device industry experience required, background in spinal pathologies and products preferred.
  • Experience in endoscopic, navigation, or robotic capital equipment systems required.
  • Experience launching new products through commercialization required.
  • Awareness of adult learning principles and educational enablers in driving procedural confidence and utilization.
  • Ability to operate in a clinical, technical, and professional sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills required.
  • Proficiency utilizing the MS Office required.
  • This position may require up to 50% domestic travel, with likelihood of weekend work and possibility of overnight stays away from home.
