We are looking for a Sales Specialist - Digital Business to join our team.

Location: Dallas, Texas (Hybrid work model)

Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the sale of specialized digital solutions and actively participate in shaping and executing commercial strategies.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring alignment with client needs and business objectives.
  • Cultivate and manage a portfolio of accounts within a designated market segment, using consultative sales techniques to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement demand generation initiatives, collaborating with technology providers, niche companies, startups, and other internal business units at SONDA.
  • Promote SONDA's integrated solutions, combining products and services to meet client requirements.
  • Qualify potential clients and analyze their technical requirements, ensuring that the right resources and solutions are proposed.
  • Collaborate with business units like Digital Business/Services, supporting the development of competitive solutions, assisting sales teams, and ensuring deal closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, showcasing excellent customer orientation and negotiation skills.
Additional Responsibilities:
  • Stay informed about the latest digital transformation trends, including cloud technologies, SaaS models, and data analytics, to provide cutting-edge solutions to clients.
  • Provide tailored software solutions to clients based on their unique business challenges, focusing on efficiency and revenue growth.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless delivery and implementation of proposed solutions.
  • Act as a subject matter expert, advising on best practices and innovations in the field of digital business and software sales.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts for software and services, ensuring alignment with client needs and company standards.
Requirements:
  • Solid experience in selling business solutions with a consultative and commercial approach.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle, from demand generation to closing deals.
  • Strong experience in managing client relationships and a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work across multifunctional teams and handle complex client solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing business opportunities and consistently meeting sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in the IT industry in roles like Account Manager, Sales Specialist, Business Development Manager, or similar.
  • Knowledge of professional software services (Agile teams, QA services, Testing, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Data Analytics services.
  • Experience in IT architecture and consulting.
  • Expertise in cloud technologies, SaaS models, and enterprise software solutions.
  • Speaking Spanish will be considered a great plus*
