We are seeking an exceptional National Sales Manager to lead our sales team in North Carolina. If you have experience in scientific sales and a passion for driving growth, this is an exciting opportunity for you.

Our client is a reputable leader in the instrumentation sector, providing high-quality, cost-effective solutions for industries such as agriculture, hydroponics, and environmental monitoring.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Strategic Growth: Acquiring new customers, expanding market share, and launching new products and services.
  • Marketing Strategy: Executing marketing plans, business development, partnerships, and product/service initiatives.
  • Customer Acquisition: Identifying and targeting new customers across key markets and converting them into tangible growth outcomes.
  • Team Leadership: Managing and mentoring a team of 4 sales representatives.
  • Partnerships: Identifying and cultivating strategic partnerships with third-party organizations.
  • Product Development: Collaborating on shaping product offerings for target market sectors.

Requirements:

  • Scientific Background: Strong understanding of instrumentation and relevant work experience.
  • Sales Experience: At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a scientific field.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to manage people, accounts, and drive growth.
  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of P&L reports and ability to manage budgets.
