\t• Serve as the primary point of contact for the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.

\t• Ensure the optimal operation of office equipment, supplies, and inventories through preventive maintenance.

\t• Maintain workflow by analyzing and refining standard operating procedures, such as scheduling, communications, and office layout.

\t• Coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflow.

\t• Oversee and achieve organizational goals while upholding best practices.

\t• Assist in tracking, reporting, and recording goals.

\t• Provide front desk coverage, including managing a busy, multi-line phone system, greeting guests, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment.

\t• Provide direct administrative support to senior leaders, including email correspondence, and generation and distribution of memos, letters, spreadsheets, forms, and faxes.

\t• Plan, organize, and schedule company meetings occurring in the office, offsite, and via video conference.

\t• Provide marketing and promotions support for the office, social media, and website.

\t• Maintain filing systems, contact databases, employee lists, and other inventories.

\t• Oversee and order office supplies and food deliveries for group meetings.

\t• Qualifications:

\t• High school diploma or equivalent.

\t• Proven administrative experience.

\t• Bachelor's degree a plus.

\t• Prior experience supervising outreach specialists and local project teams.

\t• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with an aptitude to learn new software, databases, and systems.

\t• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

\t• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
