Executive Assistant to the Chairman

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the Chairman of the Board. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage meetings, communications, and administrative tasks, including calendaring, travel arrangements, and meeting follow-up.
- Anticipate needs through effective communication, research, and sound judgment.
- Ensure the Chairman is well-prepared and briefed prior to each engagement to maximize meeting time and presence.
- Prepare and deliver professional and grammatically correct communication.
- Deliver high-level support by establishing processes, timelines, networks, and workflows that support the Chairman's priorities and initiatives.
- Build and foster working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure timely and efficient information flow.
- Assist with various projects and to-do items.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience as an executive assistant.
- Banking or real estate experience highly preferred.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
- Ability to maintain high levels of confidentiality.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional and respectful demeanor.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Superior attention to detail.
- Ability to type 60+ words per minute.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
